Our client, leading distributor of food products for large scale restaurant chains, have an opportunity for Warehouse Operators to join their well-established team on a casual basis for an immediate start located in Jandakot!

This role offers between 3-4 shifts per week across Monday - Sunday, 6am-2pm, with flexibility to work afternoon shift when required, and offers a competitive hourly rate of $37.17 per hour (inclusive of 25% casual loading) + shift penalties applicable.

Key Responsibilities

  • RF Scanning
  • Efficiently and accurately pick store orders using Voice Picking (Vocollect)
  • Pick and packing orders onto MHE equipment such as Crown Walk-Behinds and Pallet Riders
  • Carry out general warehouse tasks, including accurate picking of cleaning, dry, chilled, and frozen products,
  • Receiving, rotating and organizing stock
  • Repetitive manual handling of up to 20kg continually

Successful candidates will possess:

  • A valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
  • Experience working in a similar warehouse environment
  • Prior experience with voice-picking systems, or electric pallet machines
  • Physical fitness to perform continuous, repetitive tasks, including manual lifting of up to 20kg
  • Availability to work Monday to Friday, with weekend shifts as required
  • Reliability and flexibility to adapt to changing shift times
  • Full working rights in Australia with no restrictions on hours
